1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3Account Responsibilities

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your Falcon666 account. This responsibility includes but is not limited to:

• Password Security: You must keep your account password secure and confidential. Falcon666 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify Falcon666 immediately at support@falcon666.bet if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Falcon666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access that occurs before notification is received.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Falcon666 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate contact information in your account — particularly your email address and mobile number. Falcon666 uses these to communicate important account and transaction updates.
• Financial Responsibility: You accept full financial responsibility for all bets and transactions placed through your account. Falcon666 will honour all confirmed bets and transactions made from a logged-in account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Falcon666 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: Falcon666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfer. The minimum card deposit is Rs 500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card withdrawals.
• Fees: Falcon666 charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are entirely separate from Falcon666 and are not within our control.
• Same-Name Rule: All payment methods must be registered in the same name as your Falcon666 account. Deposits from third-party payment methods and withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and fund recovery procedures.
• Withdrawal Processing: Falcon666 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing schedules.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal. Falcon666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation on subsequent withdrawals where circumstances warrant it.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. Falcon666 does not perform currency conversion.

5Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Falcon666:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until Falcon666 has confirmed it and a unique bet reference number has been assigned. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In cases of significant and obvious pricing errors, Falcon666 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the individual market before a bet is placed.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for live data processing. During this period, the system confirms whether odds remain valid. If odds change materially before confirmation, the updated odds will be presented for your acceptance or rejection.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is abandoned, postponed indefinitely, or if the market is closed in error. Voided bets are returned to your Falcon666 account balance at stake value.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes the ICC, PCB, and respective domestic boards. For football, FIFA and the relevant national associations. Settlement typically occurs within minutes of a result being officially confirmed.
• Accumulator Bets: Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg. All other selections must still win for the accumulator to pay out.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a disputed result, Falcon666 will follow the official ruling of the relevant governing body. Until a formal ruling is made, settlement may be suspended. Falcon666's decision on bet settlement is final.

6Live Casino and Game Rules

The following terms apply to all live casino and game activity on Falcon666, including but not limited to Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and crash games such as Aviator:

• Game Integrity: All live casino games on Falcon666 are operated by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by the game mechanics — dealing, wheel spin, RNG — as operated by the provider. Falcon666 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected from a live casino game during a round that is in progress, Falcon666 and the game provider will resolve the round according to standard game rules. Bets placed before disconnection remain valid. Where a bet has been placed and a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the platform's side, the bet stake will be returned to your account.
• Aviator and Crash Games: In Aviator and similar crash games, your bet is multiplied by the multiplier at the time you choose to cash out. If you do not cash out before the crash, your stake is lost. Auto cash-out functions are provided as a convenience tool but Falcon666 cannot guarantee their execution in all network conditions.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and game table has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before placing a bet.

7Bonuses and Promotions

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Falcon666. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access Falcon666 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Falcon666 platform without prior written consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through Falcon666.
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated arbitrage strategy or syndicate activity designed to systematically exploit odds discrepancies to the detriment of Falcon666.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party to fund your account or receive withdrawals.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Falcon666 platform, its games, or its payment systems.
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing any content from Falcon666 without express written permission.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Falcon666 staff or other players.

9Responsible Gaming

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from Falcon666 for commercial purposes.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Use the Falcon666 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent.
• Frame or link to the Falcon666 website in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without consent.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon666 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Falcon666 platform.
• Losses arising from delayed settlement caused by payment provider processing timelines outside of Falcon666's control.
• Any decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the Falcon666 platform, including odds, statistics, or live scores.
• Any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party software, including live game provider software, where the issue originates with the provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits Falcon666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Account Suspension and Closure

Falcon666 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including being under 18 years of age.
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure where no breach of Terms has occurred, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after KYC verification is completed. Where an account is closed due to a breach, Falcon666 reserves the right to retain balances pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

13Privacy and Data Protection

14Changes to These Terms

Falcon666 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or reorganisation of content that does not affect meaning) may be made without individual notification.

The updated Terms will state the effective date at the top. Your continued use of Falcon666 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by Falcon666's licensing authority. Falcon666's decision on matters of bet settlement and account status shall be final in all cases where no formal regulatory process has been initiated.
